CELEBRATION OF THORESEN GROUP'S 30-YEAR PRESENCE IN VIETNAM

Year 2023 is a special milestone, celebrating 30 years of Thoresen Group's presence in Vietnam.

The multiple events have taken place on 11-12th May, 2023 in a solemn, modern and cozy way to celebrate an impressive journey.

It has taken time and a lot, a lot of patience, 30 years, but today Thoresen Group in Vietnam now have a very large operation in Baria Vung Tau province: NPK Fertilizer factory producing abt 250,000 mt per year, warehouse-logistic complex with 120,000m2 warehouses (30,000m2 bonded and 90,000 normal), a fleet of 43 large bulk trucks, professional ship agency - the largest in the province for bulk and project cargoes, and our own tug boat company. In addition, we also own facilities and an elite team in Hai Phong City to serve the Northern and Central markets as well. Group of companies has been growing steadily. We can serve our clients a full logistic solution combining all our capacities, bulk cargoes, project cargoes, both windtower and other projects.

It has been a long way and lots of hard working from all our loyal employees. We all can be very proud of this achievement. And to honor the individuals who have been with the companies for longest time, we named the 12 longest-serving employees, awarded certificates, sponsored a special trip travelling to Norway and had the opportunity to see the Northern Lights.

In 12th May 2023 morning, a grand opening, with about 400 people attending, of new 10,000 m2 warehouse together with taking over Baconco 2 from Yara is also celebrated. This brand new warehouse has officially contributed to Thoresen Group's ownership of 700 employees, total 80,000,000USD investment and today have 120,000m2 warehouses, 43 large trucks, a fertilizer factory producing 250,000mts yearly and share in the Baria Serece deep sea port.

This is also an opportunity for Thoresen Group in Vietnam to send the deep thanks to the silent, valuable contributions of shareholders and all both local as well as international customers' support until this day. Many customers are keeping working with us for a very long time and making this achievement possible. Thoresen Group in Vietnam will have to keep it up, do endeavor to keep up all services in a professional way.
